Privacy policy

If you are a customer

We collect your email address when you sign in, and your billing country, postal code, and optional tax id when you subscribe. Card details go to Stripe and never reach us.

If you use a marketplace built with MarketSDK

The marketplace decides what it sends us about you. We store that and nothing more. If your identity is checked, the check is done by Stripe. We keep the result. We never keep your documents.

To see, correct, or delete your data, ask the marketplace you use. It controls that data, and we act on its instructions.

What we do not do

We do not run advertising or tracking. No page on marketsdk.com loads a script from anyone else. We do not sell or share data with anyone for marketing. Our emails contain no tracking.

Who else handles data

We use a small number of providers to run the service: Railway for hosting and the database, Cloudflare for DNS and file storage, Vercel for this website, Resend for email, and Stripe for payments. Each handles data only to provide its service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep a workspace's data for as long as the workspace exists. After cancellation we keep it for 90 days. A deleted workspace is removed 7 days after deletion is requested.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@marketsdk.com and we will act within thirty days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date above will change with it.
