Every plan includes every module, both modes, webhooks, and the dashboard. Plans differ only in how many active sellers they include.
- prices are in US dollars and exclude tax.
- overage is $2 per active seller above your plan's allowance, billed at the end of each period.
- stripe's own fees for payments and identity verification are billed by stripe to your stripe account. we never add to them.

What counts as an active seller.
An active seller is a seller in your live marketplace who had at least one listing published at any moment during the billing period.
- Counted once per period, however many listings they have.
- Test mode never counts.
- A seller who is verified but has never published does not count.
- Every invoice is backed by a list of the sellers that were counted. If a number looks wrong, you can see exactly who it includes.

MarketSDK does not take a share of your transactions. The fee your marketplace charges goes straight to you, through your own Stripe account. It never passes through us.

- Take effect at once, and are prorated.

- We retry and email every member of your workspace. After 14 days the live marketplace becomes read-only until it is paid.

- The live marketplace becomes read-only at the end of the period. Your data is kept for 90 days.

- Is never deleted because a payment failed.

Questions we get.
- Is the sandbox really free?
- Yes. Test mode has no time limit and needs no card. You pay only when you want live keys.
- How fast can I go live?
- At once. When a paid plan is active, the acceptable use policy is accepted, and your Stripe connection is valid, live keys can be created. Nobody reviews your application.
- Do I need a Stripe account?
- Only if you use payments or seller verification. With both switched off, no Stripe account is needed.
- What if I go over my plan's allowance?
- You are billed $2 for each active seller above it at the end of the period. Nothing is switched off.
- Can I run more than one marketplace?
- A workspace has one marketplace. For a second, create a second workspace under a different email address.
