Acceptable use policy
version 1 · effective 1 October 2026
You run the marketplace. We provide the software. This policy says what we will not host, and what happens if we find it.
What cannot be sold
- Anything illegal to sell where the buyer or the seller is.
- Weapons and ammunition.
- Controlled drugs and prescription medicine.
- Stolen or counterfeit goods.
- Adult content and sexual services.
- Gambling.
- Financial instruments, currency, and crypto assets.
- Personal data and account credentials.
- Live animals.
- Anything that infringes someone else's rights.
Anything Stripe prohibits is also refused, because payments cannot run for it.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for what is sold on your marketplace. You are responsible for your own terms, your refunds, and your disputes with your users.
One workspace, one business
A workspace serves one business. You may not resell MarketSDK or offer it to others as a service.
If the policy is broken
We may suspend a marketplace that breaks this policy. Suspension makes it read-only. It deletes nothing. A suspension for breaking this policy gives no refund for the current billing period.
Reporting abuse
Anyone can report a marketplace to report@marketsdk.com.
